ICQA Supervisor - Remote

Overview

As an ICQA Supervisor, you lead a team in the area of Inventory Control & Quality Assurance at our logistics site. You ensure that quality standards are met, work closely with the quality department, and optimize processes.

• You lead a team and take technical responsibility for quality and inventory tasks.
• You lead improvement and innovation projects to optimize processes.
• You monitor and maintain the inventory structure and ensure compliance with standards.
• You ensure compliance with food and organic certifications in the fulfillment center.
• You support the Operations Managers and the central quality department.
• You create and monitor quality indicators and inventory data.

Requirements

• You have completed training in the economic field or have a comparable qualification.
• You ideally have experience in quality assurance in the food industry.
• You have several years of experience in a similar position.
• You have experience with inventory counts and reconciling stocks.
• You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You are proficient in MS Office 365.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
