Overview

The RCM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day RCM operations activities, assisting in hiring, training, and reviewing performance of staff, and ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Associates degree in business management or related field
• 2+ years of lead/supervisor experience
• 3+ years of billing experience
• Experience with electronic health records
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
