As a People Operations Manager at TourRadar, you will be at the heart of our People Team, ensuring smooth HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and supporting our culture of adventure and collaboration.

In Short

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update HR systems (HiBob).
• Ensure accurate payroll processes across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
• Assist with contracts, employment documentation, and work permits.
• Organize employee engagement activities.
• Drive well-being programs and promote inclusivity.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process.
• Maintain employer branding assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations / HR Operations.
• Solid knowledge of Austrian labour law.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting audits and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
• Familiarity with HRIS (HiBob experience valued).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Proactive and approachable mindset.
• Passion for employee experience and engagement.
