  • Full ownership of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and PMax.
  • Operate across multi-market, multi-language accounts.
  • Use Search Ads 360 for campaign management and optimization.
  • Focus on non-brand acquisition efficiency.
  • Design and test conversion proxy strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics for performance insights.
  • Navigate multi-touch attribution models.
  • Proactively share insights and report on performance.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience running paid search campaigns.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets.
  • Familiarity with SA360 or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to drive growth through paid search.
  • Comfort with conversion proxy signals and predictive optimization.
  • Understanding of search campaign mechanics and auction dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented.
