Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Administration, Labour Relations or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience (including payroll management) in Spain.
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience for UK & Ireland.
• Native level Spanish and proficient/fluent in English.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong business orientation.
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience in Oracle HCM and Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
