Overview

The Credit Administrator is responsible for managing the credit and collection of customer accounts, reconciling payments, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.

In Short

  • Collection of advertising accounts
  • Make credit decisions based on company credit policies and procedures
  • Extract and manipulate data from various sources using Excel functions
  • Prepare and send reconciliations to clients and internal contacts
  • Navigate client web portals to upload data
  • Conduct online background research on clients
  • Organize and maintain digital files
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal contacts
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies
  • Ensure proper handling of confidential data in accordance with PCI standards

Requirements

  • Minimum two years customer service experience
  • Minimum two years credit and collection experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong general computer skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience in accounts receivable or financial reconciliation
  • Strong mathematical skills and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of the media industry (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
