Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within information security services.
• Experience managing a business with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to build and scale cybersecurity service offerings.
• Deep expertise in security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Strong understanding of cloud, network, and application security.
• Experience with security tooling and emerging trends in AI security.
• Ability to develop relationships with enterprise clients.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
