Overview

The Director of Information Security leads G2’s information security, privacy, and compliance programs while building and maturing the security foundation for our growing organization.

In Short

• Leads a team of Information Security managers and analysts.
• Aligns G2 with strategic planning and implementation of security priorities.
• Drives strategic planning for emerging privacy regulations.
• Implements process and technology improvements.
• Oversees security architecture decisions and incident response capabilities.
• Establishes policies for Information Security across vendor relationships.
• Implements governance frameworks for AI/ML systems.
• Manages physical security monitoring.
• Provides leadership and guidance to technical teams.
• Communicates effectively with global customers and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Information Security experience.
• 3+ years leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance.
• Experience with AI/ML security and governance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience negotiating with enterprise vendors.
• Vision to anticipate shifts in priorities.
