Matching Enablement Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Enablement Coordinator will support strategic projects and ensure the Matching team is effectively trained to work with clients, fostering growth and development within the team.

In Short

• Design and implement enablement strategies for the Matching team.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Act as a liaison between the Matching team and other teams.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Update and maintain the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment.
• Collect feedback from team members for improvement.
• Contribute to projects that solve business challenges.
• Drive improvements to the Matching enablement process.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales enablement or related field.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, flexible, and adaptable.
• Willingness to help teammates and share knowledge.
