As a senior leader, you will drive the growth of subscription-based enterprise solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in the healthcare sector.

In Short

Lead the growth of enterprise software solutions in EMEA.
Own the full enterprise customer lifecycle.
Build recurring revenue partnerships.
Drive segmentation and customer targeting.
Act as executive sponsor for top enterprise customers.
Oversee complex sales processes.
Guide product direction by capturing market intelligence.

Requirements

12–15+ years of experience in enterprise software.
5+ years in VP or senior leadership roles.
Proven success in scaling SaaS solutions internationally.
Strong skills in CRM systems and pipeline management.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Deep knowledge of EMEA healthcare technology ecosystem.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
