Software Engineer - Enterprise Solutions - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer - Enterprise Solutions to join a dedicated team building custom features and enhancements most strategic enterprise customer. You’ll be hands-on in building robust, high-impact features that power critical restaurant operations and integrate deeply with our POS platform.

In Short

• Implement features to support native order flows, including check creation, DSP routing, order attribution, and exception handling.
• Build APIs that expose key store-level data (e.g., store hours) to external operator tools.
• Investigate and resolve issues surfaced during pilots and store rollouts, including technical bugs, data mismatches, and menu configuration gaps.
• Contribute to secure data access and permissions via API integrations for partner teams.
• Support ingestion and reconciliation of transactional and menu data into downstream enterprise systems.
• Work with the Sr. Architect to scope features, estimate timelines, and execute on prioritized delivery items.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong skills in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Java, .Net or equivalent), plus familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and scalable infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfort working in agile teams and taking ownership of scoped features.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies.
• Familiarity with POS, ordering systems, or enterprise restaurant tech is a plus.
