Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Full proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to work from Saturday to Wednesday.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • A team player who enjoys helping others.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Experience in a marketplace or food industry is a bonus.
