• Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategies based on thorough on-page and off-page analyses.
• Optimize indexing, crawlability, internal linking, and site architecture, considering the latest search engine algorithms.
• Evaluate and apply GenAI tools for SEO processes and optimize industry-specific search solutions.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external SEO measures with clear goal orientation.
• Provide strategic consulting to our partners nationally and internationally in a clear and target-group-oriented manner.
• Design and conduct workshops, training, and seminars on SEO, AI-driven processes, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in in-house SEO or an SEO agency, ideally with proven successes in highly competitive markets.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, particularly in structuring, performance optimization, and backlink strategies.
• Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting techniques, and tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or SurferSEO to enhance efficiency.
• Experience optimizing niche or specialized search engines is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to present technical matters clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Google Search Console, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
