Senior Accountant for Reskilling Platform - Remote

As part of the centralization of our finance activities, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to help us revamp our financial accounting, either fully remote or on-site in beautiful Andechs near Munich, as soon as possible.

In Short

• Ensure proper and timely processing of daily business and related bookings.
• Independent and reliable posting of ongoing business transactions in DATEV.
• Prepare business evaluations and assist in business controlling.
• Oversee and control accounting data of subsidiaries.
• Intercompany reconciliation.
• Consolidate at group level.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure correct payment transactions and dunning processes.
• Continuously digitize and optimize various processes.
• Act as a contact for tax advisors and auditors.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Business degree or relevant qualification.
• IT affinity.
• Strong numerical understanding and attention to detail.
• Self-directed and goal-oriented work style.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Experience with DATEV.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2-C1).
• Proficient with common tools (MS, Google, etc.).
