Overview

The Senior Staff Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate billing for our customers, coordinating with various departments, and assisting with revenue reporting and variance analysis.

Billing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual customers.
Coordinating with Sales and Professional Services departments.
Reviewing month-end revenue trends and providing analysis.
Accruing revenue at month-end.
Applying payments and reconciling customer accounts.
Working closely with the Controller and VP of Operations.
Contributing to the development of internal processes and systems.

Utilizing tools like NetSuite and Salesforce.

Requirements

Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
3 years of accounting experience required.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
