As Namecheap's new Senior Staff Accountant, you'll help the company's financial strategy and support the monthly close process. With your sharp attention to detail and knowledge of GAAP accounting, you'll support Namecheap's growth and bring innovative ideas to our finance department. Collaborating with teams across the organization, you'll analyze data and track performance that will shape our plans and products. In Short

• Recording monthly journal entries for complex allocations and accruals.
• Reviewing tasks performed by Staff Accountant.
• Coordinating with finance department members.
• Preparing monthly reports & analysis.
• Preparing and submitting tax payments.
• Assisting Controller with annual budget and business review.

Requirements

• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Working knowledge of the accounting cycle.
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards.
• Good organization and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in accounting roles.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Tableau.
