Product Manager - AI and Digital Products - Remote

Overview

As a Product Manager at Tomorrow Education Group, you will be responsible for the conception and further development of our AI tutor "Hubertus" from idea to rollout, actively shaping the future of digital education.

In Short

• Responsible for the development of the AI tutor "Hubertus".
• Direct exchange with users, especially in vocational orientation.
• Development and prioritization of the product roadmap.
• Define product vision and feature concepts with learning and development teams.
• Translate user requirements into precise user stories.
• Manage a dedicated development team using SCRUM.
• Plan releases and evaluate product success with KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education.
• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban).
• Ability to capture user needs and translate them into requirements.
• Experience managing external development teams is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (German & English).
• Nice to have: experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.
