We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our digital product team, where you will be leading a suite of innovative commerce and loyalty solutions for medical practices, medical spas, and partners nationwide within our Evolus app and digital platform ecosystem globally.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for the digital product.
• Implement innovative projects using MVP approach.
• Synthesize customer feedback and conduct market analysis.
• Translate business needs into requirements and roadmap.
• User acceptance testing and product QA.
• Enhance product UX in collaboration with the design team.
• Establish KPIs to track product success.
• Drive product development using agile/scrum methodology.
• Conduct training on new products/enhancements.
• Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4+ years of Digital Product Management experience.
• Expertise in implementing AI/ML products.
• Proven ability to work with diverse global teams.
• Analytical background to track product performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Experience creating wireframes and mockups is a plus.
