Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our digital product team, where you will be leading a suite of innovative commerce and loyalty solutions for medical practices, medical spas, and partners nationwide within our Evolus app and digital platform ecosystem globally.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for the digital product.
• Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products & features.
• Synthesize customer and consumer feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
• Translate business and product needs into requirements and prioritized roadmap projects.
• User acceptance testing/product QA for ongoing deployments and product launch.
• Map the overall UX journey for the product and enhance existing product UX.
• Manage the timeline for the projects.
• Establish KPIs to track product success and performance.
• Partner with business/marketing teams for go-to-market launch plans.
• Drive product development using agile/scrum methodology.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required.
• 4+ years of Digital Product Management experience.
• Experience in Salesforce Data cloud is a must.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse global team.
• Analytical background to track and measure product performance.
• Excellent problem solver with a focus on customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience creating wireframes and mockups is a plus.
