IT License Manager (Freelance) - Remote

Overview

We need an experienced and vigorous IT License Manager who will get the job done and enrich our team with knowledge, expertise, and experience.

In Short

• Coordinate with vendors for the purchase, renewal, and termination of licenses;
• Review and negotiate licensing terms and agreements with vendors;
• Identify opportunities for cost savings by optimizing software usage;
• Work closely with IT, finance, legal, and business teams;
• Manage annual vendor agreements renewal and negotiation process;
• Implement software asset management tools;
• Design cost-saving initiatives;
• Fluency in Russian and English is required;
• Prior experience with enterprise software solutions is a plus;
• Knowledge of budgeting and contract negotiation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian and English;
• Experience managing licenses for applications like Atlassian and Microsoft;
• Understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements;
• Knowledge of budgeting and vendor management;
• Familiarity with ITSM and ERP systems is preferred;
• Project management experience is a plus.
