IT License Manager (m/w/d) - Remote

Overview

As an IT License Manager, you will play a key role in the development of Redcare Pharmacy, ensuring transparency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness of IT assets, particularly software licensing.

In Short

• Responsible for process design and optimization along the IT asset lifecycle.
• Support procurement and renewal of IT assets and software licenses.
• Ensure license compliance status through internal and vendor audits.
• Proactively advise on licensing issues within and outside IT.
• Evaluate new software products and IT assets with IT teams.
• Develop and implement a meaningful reporting system based on KPIs.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in license and IT asset management.
• Advanced knowledge of current licensing models from leading software manufacturers.
• Familiarity with terms like KMS, LTSC, Client-CAL, E1, E3, or E5.
• Experience with ITIL2 or COBIT standards.
• Strong organizational skills and a team player with a quick understanding and independent working style.
