In Short

• Develop BIM project management strategy in collaboration with BIM team leadership.
• Enhance standards, tools, and methods for BIM project control and management.
• Take on operational project management functions as a BIM Manager.
• Consult clients on BIM methods and objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Solid professional experience in planning and ideally project management.
• Initial experience in managing BIM projects as a BIM Manager or Coordinator.
• Consulting skills and ability to think and collaborate interdisciplinary.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Very good German language skills (C1) are mandatory.
