• Proficiency in CAD tools like CREO and Windchill.
• Expertise in FEA and GD&T.
• Experience with various materials in product design.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in launching products to market.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
