Senior Manager, Web Experience Design - Remote

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on design leader to shape how prospects and customers experience our brand across our marketing web ecosystem.

Requirements

• 8+ years of web design experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor designers.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Portfolio showcasing mastery of UI and UX principles.
• Understanding of technical constraints and CMS workflows.
• Strategic thinking about user journeys and web experience.
• Track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Excellent project management skills.
