Senior Manager, Enablement Project Management - Remote

Overview

This role, reporting to the Director of Centralized Enablement, leads a team of Project Managers who are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of enablement and education initiatives for new launches and features to support product proficiency across customers and global Customer Success teams at Toast. This leader provides operational oversight across planning, execution, and launch, ensuring clear inputs, defined success criteria, aligned timelines, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Enablement, Project Management, or related fields.
