In Short

• Translates business concepts and requirements into software solutions and roadmaps.
• Collaborates with technical and non-technical teams to define, design, test and implement functional requirements.
• Updates and manages project and process documentation.
• Identifies and implements platform configurations in the application stack.
• Develops, implements, and tests system design requirements.
• Works with application teams to develop manual/automated test plans.
• Supports root cause analysis and remediation processes.
• Identifies improvement opportunities for product quality and performance.
• Assists teammates in developing necessary skills.
• Prepares summary release notes for product team changes.

Requirements

• Process driven and result oriented with high attention to detail.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Analyst role.
• Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies, particularly Agile Scrum.
• Working experience using Git/Github and DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
