In Short

• Advise on multi-national financial laws and regulations.
• Draft and negotiate strategic partnership agreements.
• Research and respond to legal and regulatory questions.
• Represent Legal on cross-functional teams for financial product design.
• Review advertising materials for compliance.

Requirements

• Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 5+ years of legal experience in international financial products.
• Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of financial laws across multiple territories.
• Experience managing the expansion of financial products globally.
• Subject matter expertise in payments and banking products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
