Senior Associate, Growth Marketing - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for owning, scaling, and optimizing acquisition campaigns across a host of existing paid channels, and identifying and growing new levers of acquisition for Toast’s Retail funnel.

In Short

• Own the strategy, optimization, and implementation of Toast’s Retail paid media campaigns.
• Collaborate with a team of media buyers to run efficient acquisition campaigns.
• Build the strategic roadmap for new growth marketing tactics.
• Own Retail paid media reporting and analytics.
• Build the roadmap to optimize and test copy, creative, user journeys, and audience segmentation.
• Own the execution of high profile, executive-level sponsored tests.
• Partner across Marketing and Sales to elevate product and content launches.
• Manage budgets, billing, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced marketing or advertising roles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deep experience managing campaigns across media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to bring structure and process to initiatives.
• Experience working collaboratively across different time zones.
• Managing campaigns across different regions is a plus.
• Media agency experience is a plus.
