Overview

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Senior Associate who will join our Brand & Growth (B&G) division.

In Short

• Drive execution of demand generation plans for the Senegal market, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
• Identify and tailor specific marketing goals and objectives for the local market.
• Analyse local competition to strengthen brand position.
• Supervise and develop the local marketing budget.
• Understand and achieve financial goals and key success indicators in the market.
• Evaluate ROI of local marketing strategies and optimize performance.
• Build and execute Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs, including events, webinars, campaigns, and roadshows.
• Plan and execute Account-based marketing (ABM) to penetrate key accounts.
• Advocate for both the sales region and the marketing department, ensuring mutual understanding of priorities and decision-making for event and campaign planning.
