DevOps Engineer - Remote

We are seeking a hands-on, pragmatic DevOps Engineer to join our Platform & Operations team, responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our infrastructure while enabling rapid deployments.

In Short

• Manage and optimise infrastructure in AWS.
• Operate and improve our Nomad orchestration platform.
• Maintain and enhance our Octopus Deploy pipelines for CI/CD.
• Ensure infrastructure-as-code best practices using Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Support deployments across multiple environments and countries.
• Ensure platform availability meets agreed SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Implement and maintain security best practices.
• Document processes, architecture, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS core services.
• Proven experience with container orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Terraform/OpenTofu.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
