Overview

As an Emerging Markets Manager, you will be building and coaching a team of Emerging Market Account Executives that are transforming the way restaurants operate.

In Short

• Directly manages 6-8 Account Executives and is responsible for their productivity.
• Coaches reps to conduct efficient discovery meetings and live demos in Spanish.
• Supports the Director by gathering feedback to determine resource investments.
• Finds opportunities to make the funnel for each Market more efficient.
• Partners with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met.

Requirements

• Fluently speak Spanish and coach reps in Spanish.
• Exhibits key management competencies.
• Consistently attained or over-attained goals for the last 10 months.
