Overview

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating experiences that accelerate the growth of Pokémon GO in Emerging Markets, driving the go-to-market growth strategy and coordinating product and marketing efforts.

• Coordinate with UA Team for data-driven strategies in Asia/MENA.
• Monitor performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Identify new Emerging Markets for investment.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns.
• Oversee partnerships with external agencies.
• Liaison with Country Managers for campaign coordination.
• Lead Live Ops requests.
• Create and deliver marketing materials.
• Engage with player communities for feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in User Acquisition or Product Marketing.
• 2+ years of community engagement experience.
• Expertise in Emerging Markets, especially South East Asia and MENA.
• Experience in agency management.
• Data analysis and campaign optimization skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cross-functional team communication.
