  • Actively look for opportunities to operate at scale.
  • Maintain data hygiene and report building as part of daily activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management experience.
  • Experience in case/queue management.
  • Ability to operate independently in a changing environment.
  • General technical proficiency using various software.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Problem-solving mindset with critical thinking skills.
