Overview

TimelyCare is seeking a Director of Data and Analytics to lead the transformation of our data capabilities and strategy, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the analytics team.

In Short

• Lead the development and execution of a BI strategy and data architecture roadmap.
• Oversee the migration from AWS Aurora to a Redshift Medallion Architecture.
• Standardize dashboards, reports, and KPIs across the organization.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize reporting needs.
• Establish data governance frameworks for quality and accessibility.
• Foster a culture of self-service analytics.
• Lead and mentor the data engineering and analytics teams.
• Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong expertise in business intelligence strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data technologies.
• Experience in implementing Medallion Architecture.
• Proven ability to design and implement data governance best practices.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
