Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in collections strategy and risk analytics.
  • Expertise in data-driven collections strategies and risk segmentation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in driving analysis.
  • Experience in high-growth environments with complex initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in lending/collections is a plus.
