Requirements

• Experience in collections and recoveries in financial services.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FCA, Consumer Duty).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with digital collections strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Ability to develop successful strategies for performance improvement.
• Understanding of the credit lifecycle and risk management.
• Experience in managing teams and external partners.
