Overview

We are looking for a leader, experienced in purchasing and sourcing, to lead a global team of purchasing specialists (buyers) based in Riga, Latvia and Ostrava, Czech Republic.

• Collaborate with accounts payable, sourcing, requestors, and development teams.
• Maximize value and minimize waste across supplier base.
• Guide and train stakeholders on purchasing processes.
• Optimize purchasing content for easy access.
• Continuously improve purchase operations efficiency.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and administrative duties.
• Drive transformation projects when assigned.
• Work independently in a multicultural environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Great at building networks and teamwork.
• Growth mindset and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of MS Office and source to pay systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
