Overview

The Director of Purchasing at Fragomen will lead and optimize the procurement function at a global law firm, focusing on cost-efficiency and compliance while supporting operational excellence.

In Short

• Lead and manage all purchasing activities across the firm.
• Develop firm-wide purchasing strategies aligned with operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in procurement.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a professional services firm is desirable.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client service mindset.
