Overview

The Senior Data Analyst (CX) will be a crucial member of the Data Team, working closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and CX specialists to develop data solutions that enhance customer experience.

In Short

• Support CX managers in analyzing quantitative data.
• Participate in detecting upsell opportunities.
• Maintain and develop reporting for Tidio+ customers.
• Develop simple dashboards.
• Educate stakeholders on CX analytics.
• Manage CX analytics tools with Data Engineers.
• Proactively analyze data for recommendations.
• Engage in long-term projects for CX improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of CX and CS metrics.
• Experience with CX tools like Hubspot/Totango.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Open-mindedness and intuitiveness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
