Overview

The Implementation Specialist will join a small, agile team at Tidio to help clients unlock the full potential of the AI-driven customer service platform. This role involves designing and implementing tailored solutions, integrating Tidio with other tools, and guiding clients through adoption and post-implementation care.

Requirements

• Background in Implementation or Technical Onboarding in a SaaS environment.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Experience in client communication via video calls.
• Understanding of APIs and JSON structures.
• Knowledge of customer experience platforms like Tidio, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
• Ability to design solutions based on client needs.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Basic coding experience (JavaScript or Python is a plus).
