The Senior Director, Talent Management is a senior leader responsible for shaping and operationalizing the organization’s people strategy, driving labor and employee relations, and leading talent processes including performance, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Requirements

  • 8 years of direct applicable business and HR experience.
  • Experience leading teams in a remote-first environment.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Proven track record of building and leading the People function.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
