MS Policy and Procedure Manager - Remote

Overview

As a MS Policy and Procedure Manager, you will support the definition and implementation of the 1st Line of Defense policies and procedures within the MS organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across the UK and EU.

In Short

• Assist in interpreting financial crime regulations.
• Draft and maintain MS policies and procedures.
• Review current processes for policy adherence.
• Support regulatory compliance in new product development.
• Collaborate with the 2nd Line of Defense on policy changes.
• Assist in audits from banking partners.
• Implement new regulatory requirements within MS.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of financial crime regulations.
• Experience in Risk & Compliance or Internal Audit.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to draft clear policies and procedures.
• Experience in challenging senior stakeholders.
• Background in business banking within a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of French or German is a plus.
