• Conduct policy and legislative research aligned with team priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in public policy management or government roles.
• Knowledge in financial services and technology.
• Experience engaging with Indian lawmakers and regulators.
• Advising Product and Engineering teams on policy considerations.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in digital assets and blockchain technology.
• High emotional intelligence and ownership mentality.
