• Oversee the company's adherence to regulatory standards.

• Maintain detailed records of regulatory compliance activities and prepare reports.
• Work closely with departments such as Legal, Operations, and R&D.
• Advocate for policy positions internally that align with MARA's strategic objectives.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather input on regulatory impacts.
• Prepare internal teams for potential regulatory issues or crises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Law, Public Policy, or a related field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in regulatory affairs or policy analysis within the energy, technology, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory processes at both state and federal levels.
• Professional certifications in regulatory affairs or compliance are advantageous.
