Email Developer - Remote

Overview

Tide is seeking an experienced Email Developer to help support and drive personalized and seamless member experiences. You'll work alongside the CRM team to create, build and maintain new and existing email creatives and templates for our members.

In Short

• Work with Visual Designer and CRM colleagues to convert designs to email code.
• Create templates and a code library for the CRM team.
• Act as the email template SME for builds/amends.
• Ensure best practice accessibility requirements are met.
• Deliver code that works across email clients and devices.
• Code, bug check, and test emails for technical quality.
• Follow industry best practices for responsive designs.
• Utilize MarTech stack, particularly Movable Ink.
• Support team in identifying training needs and create documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Email Development/Design.
• Ability to introduce standardized templates with best designs.
• Knowledge of Email compliance regulations and accessibility.
• Create a simple-to-use code bank/template library.
• Support in identifying training needs and provide training.
• Good time management skills for multiple projects.
