• Monitoring team performance and KPIs.
• Supporting the company in AML advisory matters.
• Conducting assurance on AML processes.
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AML management.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in financial crime prevention.
• Strong understanding of financial crime risks.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong analytical and listening skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change and able to prioritize effectively.
• CAMS or ICA certifications are a plus.
