Overview

As an AML & PA Investigations Team Leader at Tide, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts focused on preventing financial crime, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory requirements, and improving processes related to financial crime investigations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing AML analysts.
• 2+ years of experience in policy implementation.
• Experience in financial crime risk prevention.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong analytical and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to change and able to set priorities.
• CAMS or ICA certifications are a bonus.
