In Short

• Transform the cancer care experience for patients and their caregivers.
• Provide triage, support, and education during the cancer journey.

• Support members throughout the oncology care continuum.
• Participate in case conferences to monitor member progress.
• Be available for urgent clinical escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and RN license required.
• 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in oncology nursing.
• Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years.
• Strong member-centric approach and commitment to care.
• Proactive and action-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Adaptability to change and dynamic environments.
