Requirements

• BSN and unrestricted RN license required.
• 5 years of nursing experience with 3 years in oncology or case management.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to learn and use new technologies.
• Ability to identify and prioritize member needs.
