The Compliance Nurse plays a vital role in upholding high-quality standards in cancer care by conducting audits of nurse-member interactions to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; master's degree preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years in a training or quality auditing role.
• Experience in Oncology as a Nurse Navigator or Case Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in auditing and providing feedback to clinical teams.
• Experience with clinical onboarding and training programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
